Great info. I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.9 gas engine. Trans 46 re. My codes were 900-999 . Saying that the Governor Pressure Solenoid and Shift Solenoid needed to be replaced. Shifting was fine. But my Mechanic friend said the Dodges are bad about the Solenoids going bad. Hopefully it will fix my Problem. Just to let you know that I did have to Replace my Dash and Heater Motor. Every thing was fine before I changed the Dash. Thank you 🙏 very much. I will be checking all the Wires.😊😊😊😊

Fit done reason the other one WILL NOT go all the way back on the spindle, and I can't figure out for the life of me why not. Can't even get ahold of the threads with the nut that holds it together. Thoughts?

Did you leave trans on the vehicle and just pull off over drive housing? Outside of the rebuild kit what else do you need? (Gasket?)

"89 B150 crank no start, ran a hotwire from battery+ to coil+, started fine, disconnected hotwire continued to run, replaced obviously old coil anyway, same problem same hotwire start

What was the symptoms of this. Because I’m having a problem at 30-40 mph my rpm will drop to 1500 and almost feel like it’s being held back then I can push more gas and it will slowly go up

Thanks for the video. I'm having this issue with my 2001 Dodge 3500 van 5.9L. I know it's likely an electrical problem, but might have a faulty PCM. It's driving me crazy at the moment...

Can this broken spring effect anything other then 3-4 shift? Im having intermediate shift problems and hoping its something like this wrong. Somtimes it 1-2 shifts perfect, sometimes it wont shift or goes almost nuetral. No codes.

I feel like mine is a special case 😂 no bus triggers when the truck reaches 180 temp with AC running, if I don't run the AC it'll do it once a month if that. I can pull the ASD relay for 15 seconds and it starts right back up. cause no bus cuts the signal to FP, Injectors, ignition etc.
